Return Policy

Return Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and regulatory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within 3 days following the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to that product after 3 days have passed (the customer has the right to return it if a defect appears in the product only)

2- The condition for returning the product is that the product is in good condition and the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

1- If the order arrives in good condition

2- If the matcha box is opened

3- If any product that reached the customer was used

4- If the customer ordered and did not receive the shipment from the shipping company (he bears additional shipping fees)

5- The customer is not entitled to cancel the order after executing the order

6- There is no cash refund (refund with a discount coupon for the value of the order)

Cases that cause the order to be cancelled:

If you made the order, and the shipment was sent to you and you did not receive the shipment from the shipping company, then the shipping company returns the order to us and we send it to you again and if you do not receive the shipment again (for the second time), noting that we communicate with the customer more than once and if there is no response within 15 days

In this case, the order is cancelled, and there is no refund (food products may be unusable)
